If you live within the Singing Hills Little League boundaries, all residency verification documents must contain the full residence which include parent(s) or court appointed guardian(s) name, street address, city, state and zip code information, dated or inforced between Febuary 1st of the the year before the current season and January 31st of the year of the current season. One document from EACH of the 3 groups, outlined here
Residency Requirements, must be uploaded to the website at time of registration.
If you do not live within the boundaries, a
School Waiver may be filled out by you and the school as proof of residency.
A
Medical Release Form is also required for you player to be on a field with Singing Hill Little League. Please print out, fill out and sign and bring to Tryouts or your first practice.
